You insert a rod with an equal inside diameter to that of the bushing, and then strike it with a hammer; this will force grease in to push the bushing from the recess. One should properly clean the bushing recess before fitting the new bushing. If a new bushing is required, it is to be inserted through an appropriately fit socket or tubing that should fit the recess. Last but not the least, re-fitting of the clutch assembly and the transmission assembly should be done.
