What is the first step in removing the center dash bezel and control assembly on Nissan Quest?

First, remove the center dash bezel and the four screws holding the A/C switch. The Electronic Automatic Temperature Control (EATC) system has a self-diagnostic feature. Disconnect the A/C switch's electrical connectors. The speed switch, function selector, and blend-control switch can be removed by pulling the knob off, removing the circuit housing screws, and pressing the plastic tabs. To install, reverse the removal steps. The auxiliary rear heater/air conditioning unit's control panel is in the left rear quarter trim panel. Use a tool to pry the panel out and disconnect the connectors. Reverse these steps for installation.
