1. If you're working on a front door, remove the door window glass (see Section 18). Unbolt the module (motor/regulator unit) from the door. Disconnect and unclip the wiring harness, then lift the module out. If necessary, detach the motor or regulator from the module. 2. If you're working on a rear door, unbolt the glass and lower it to the bottom of the door (see Section 18). Unbolt the motor/regulator unit, unplug its wiring connector, and lift it out. 3. Installation is the reverse of the removal steps.
