Remove the rubber cover, have an assistant support the strut and spring assembly, and then remove the three strut upper mounting nuts. Remove the assembly through the fender well. If replacing the strut, remove the trailing arm bracket from the bottom of the strut and transfer it to the new one, tightening the bolts to the torque.
