To replace the exterior mirror assembly, you need to first, remove the door inner trim panel and the battery negative terminal. To progress, remove the mirror wiring connector and free the three nuts holding the mirror so that you can pull out the mirror at the exterior of the car's door. For the electric motor, first, disconnect the mirror glass, then take off three screws that are placed within the mirror housing and finally, pull out the motor and differentiate the wiring connector. Refitting is done in a backward manner by first fastening the mirror glass securely.
