To remove the front bumper cover for 2011 and earlier models, apply the parking brake, raise the front of the vehicle, and support it securely on jackstands. Remove the radiator grille, inner fender splash shields by detaching the fasteners, and disconnect any electrical connectors from the fog lights if equipped. Next, take out the fasteners securing the bottom and upper parts of the bumper cover, release the bumper cover clips from the fenders, and with assistance, remove the bumper cover, reversing the process for installation. For 2012 and later models, follow the same initial steps, then open the hood to remove the upper side clips of the front bumper cover, the under cover panel, and the fender shield fasteners before taking out the bumper cover screws. Remove the lower side clips and fasteners, pull the bumper cover away from the side brackets, disconnect the fog light wiring connectors, and with help, remove the bumper cover, again reversing the steps for installation. For the rear bumper cover on 2011 and earlier models, apply the parking brake, raise the rear of the vehicle, and support it securely on jackstands. Open the trunk or lift gate, remove the taillight housings, and take out the rear bumper cover spring nuts and screws. Remove both rear fender splash shields, pull the rear bumper cover side outward to release the side brackets, and detach the lower bumper cover clips and screws. With assistance, pull the rear bumper cover away from the side brackets, reversing the steps for installation. For 2012 and later models, repeat the initial steps, then open the trunk or lift gate, remove the taillight housings, and take out the rear bumper cover clips and screws. With help, pull the rear bumper cover away from the side brackets and remove it, reversing the steps for installation.
