To replace the front wheel first free the lug nuts, then lift the front end of the car and support it with jack stands, then you can take off the wheel. To remove the tie-rod end, first take out the nut from the tie-rod end threaded ballstud but do not take out the ballstud completely then use puller and remove the ballstud from the steering knuckle arm. For installations, the threaded part should be passed through the marked position and the untwisted end of the tie-rod stud should fit into the steering knuckle arm and the jam nut should then be tightened. Place the nut on the ballstud and torque it to the given specification on torque.
