  Q: How to remove and install the front brake disc and other parts of a Nissan 240sx?

  A: To replace the parts for 200SX and 240SX models equipped with the rear-wheel drive system, first securely lift and support the front part of the vehicle and then, take off the wheels. Secondly, remove the Brake Caliper assembly and depending on vehicle, the wheel hub and bearing assembly while observing that the brake hose should not be twisted. To disassemble, take off the brake disc/wheel hub from the car; for assembly, do the reversal of the above steps, and if necessary, center the bearings.
