  Q: What are the steps involved in replacing engine and transmission mounts on Nissan 350Z?

  A: Concerning the mounts, there are two engine mounts and one transmission mount and they are as follows Engine mounts are fitted to the engine block in the passenger compartment and the driver compartment where they attach to each frame rail; One of the transmission mounts is situated in the rear of the transmission while the other is attached to the transmission crossmember.
