How to the remove and install of the power steering pump on Nissan Maxima?

To remove the power steering pump the first step that needs to be done is disconnecting the clip from the negative terminal. By turning the tensioner pulley to the left with the screwdriver, relieve the tension and take off the drive belt. Pump all the available fluid from the power steering fluid reservoir with a large syringe or a suction gun; one must place a drain pan under the car to be able to collect the fluid dripping when removing steering hoses. Slightly unscrew the right front wheel lug nuts, lift the car front and firmly place it on jack stands, finally remove the wheel. Over the vehicle, unbolt the pressure line-to-pump banjo bolt next pulling the line away from the pump and tossing the copper sealing washers removing the copper sealing washers wrapping a plastic bag over the end of the hose to ease fluid dripping. Bolt the tie-rod end to the steering knuckle, mount the wheel and the nuts torqued to the recommended magnitude, drop the vehicle and then torque the lug nuts. Last but not the least, fill up the amount of fluid in the reservoir and Slowly open the drain cocks to let the trapped air escape from the system.
