  Q: How to remove and refit a cylinder head on 1.6L petrol Nissan Juke?

  A: The services include the deactivation of the fuel system and the complete draining of the cooling system, the time chain, and the camshafts before the cylinder head is withdrawn. Remove exhaust system front pipe from the manifold, fuel feed and return hoses from the fuel rail (All the outlets must be sealed), vacuum servo unit hose, coolant hoses and many more hoses from the manifold and related valves. Relax the retaining clips and remove the coolant hoses from the cylinder head.
